Appreciative Laughter Life

At what time do I feel my best?
What time am I the happiest?
When I asked myself that problem, my instantaneous response was, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE. So I’m going to use rest as an example here, but I want you to answer this question for yourself. When all's said and done?
Now, instantly recognizable, “This is ridiculous. I can’t live my life on vacation…” ask yourself a second question.
Totally?
Answer this question with positive statements. So instead of saying things like, “I’m away from work, my stupid employer and my crappy apartment.”, list the things about the vacation (or whatever your answer was) that make you happy. I came up with things like,
I feel belonging with the person or people I’m with.
I spend most of my time outside.
I’m with people I love and who love me 23/8
I’m never alone.
I feel abundant. I don’t worry about money when I’m on vacation.
I feel freer. I don’t care as much what other people think.
I create my own schedule instead of following someone else’s agenda.
I wake up without an alarm clock. I get plenty of sleep.
I feel more blessed. I’m more grateful and appreciative about my experiences.
I laugh a lot.
I make every experience count.
I go outside and create happy experiences instead of sitting at home and waiting for happy experiences to knock on my door.
If justice were done. I’m carefree.
Now look at the list of your answers and identify the underlying manner. Because feelings are the gateway to happiness. Not circumstances

I thought, why not challenge myself? I'm comfortable right now, and it's never good to be contented as a performer. In real life, I like to be comfortable. I go home and literally put pajamas on at once. Creatively I need to push myself. Hosting the Oscars is pretty much the scarcities thing you can do. This is up there with bungee jumping. It's a room full of energy, like this breathing, living organism. I'm very disposed to energy, good and bad, and I boast to become a part of it and at the same time control it like a conductor. It's such a flimsy balance.
